Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmed by our team via phone or WhatsApp.

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Pet health & safety

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies or behavioural concerns before the session. We reserve the right to stop a session if a pet is in distress.

Payments

Payment is due on completion of the service. We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer.

Liability

Our team is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions revealed during grooming.
