Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmed by our team via phone or WhatsApp.

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Pet health & safety

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies or behavioural concerns before the session. We reserve the right to stop a session if a pet is in distress.

Payments

Payment is due according to the payment terms confirmed for the booking. Available payment methods are shown or confirmed during the booking and payment process.

Liability

Customers should disclose known medical or behavioural conditions before grooming. Liability is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the service.
